I ahte when they do that on Ebay. They put the bidding price to really low, like in this case, abou 3 bucks for the Chibi Quiz, but then, when the maximum bid only reaches, say, a hundred bucks, they pull it down! YOu can always tell they'll do this if the first bid price and the buy it now are outlandishly different :(
