this is a great thing!!! I got the link yesterday and all I can say: YEAH, it rocks!!! ppl should support such a event... I don't think 50 bucks is that much... the tournament will be 4 days long... two big parties... possibility to win aracde machines... meeting nice ppl... something else? oh yeah, a tournament pass in credit card style

I hope a lot of ppl will come next year... for all living in central europe this is a great chance to come togehter and keep the neo scene alive!!!

Not really. Most tournaments here are Capcom only, like B5 and Evolution that happened just a couple of weeks ago at UCLA.

Well if you participate you don't have to play CvS, it's your decission, this is supposed the first and real capcom vs snk tourney, if SvC will be released soon enough we might include till than the final is CvS2. Even though it's a capcom game nearly every fighting game fan is playing it because it's the most popular game right now, if you only play SNK games I suppose your a lonley player, I don't want to offend anyone but the SNK competition seems rather small to me because all the neogeo fans are spread around the world and very few arcades offer MVS games.

Anyway as I said you don't have to enter the final btw are you that sure you'll win one of the SNK tournaments???

And don't forget the two clubbings, just play your games and then take care of the ladies

i dont know about this tournament. I can see capcom people playing against capcom people, and snk against snk but this whole end up playing CVS2 thing....picking characters from the SNK side right after playing a KOF game???? Excuse me? I would hate to be on the winning team because I would loose badly! The game play is so different and the fact that I cant stand CVS2. That kind isnt fair unless you are good at CVS2 bcause you CANT play it like an SNK game.
