I really like the art in 2K2 from what I've seen. We havent seen any concrete pictures with a good enough scan to really tell the ammount of color depth in the game. What you can plainly see so far is that it is leaps and bounds better than 2K1 (which I like very much).Dont confuse Your opinions with the rest of the world

Seriously, it looks like shit. As much as I've enjoyed KoF as a whole the art just went originally terrible back in 94/95, to slightly improved in 96/97, 98 the art was still bad but acceptable even tho the gameplay made up for this in spades.

KoF 99/2K Art style was fucking awesome, rich colors and solid character designs with good presentation even if KoF2K was still broken.

KoF 2K1 what the fuck is up with Hinaku's fucking eyes in her select pic. Jesus shit the art went from nice to what the hell?

2K2 The art i've seen so far looks even worse than before. This is supposed to be improved not made to look worse.

The art I've so far in 2K2 is pretty well done, they all have that serious pissed off look, which I like. And you can't say its drawn any worse than 2K1, because that art was complete shit. At least in 2K2 I can actually look at it with some degree of seriousness, and not laugh my ass off every time I pick Ralf or Yuri.

Yes really. Compared the the dated style I was used to in KoF 98 it was a serious vast improvement for the series in general.

It's all about what 1st impressions are. This Art is bad. When I have to sit there are try not to squint and a character design for lack of good taste, there is a problem.

You forgot to mention the fact that Iori looks like FUCKING ELVIS. And what the fuck is up with his hair?!?!

That's what the fuck I'm talking about!! This is fucking Art!!

From the Insert, to the Character Select pics, Music, and even the Broken Gameplay, This KoF fucking kicked ass.

Anything else I've played so far after it has done zero to keep my interest. KoF 2K1 plays decent but it's got some shitty issues with it overall that shows the game is a 1st test run for these guys.

If KoF2K2 plays well I'll be willing to forgive the shitty art if it's sacrificed for great gameplay.

If that sucks then this game goes below the totem pole of KoF's right next to 2K1.

Period.
