We have received several Neo Geo Phantom 1 Converters and now have them in stock and on the page. These are the new converters. Problems with the last version have been fixed in this one. The Phantom 1 allows you to play MVS cartridges on your home AES cart system. Seeing as how MVS carts can cost hundreds of dollars less than home AES ones, this is a neccessity for Neo Geo fans that can't dish out all the cash.

Video Game Depot has been (or was) selling the Phantom-1 for a long time. I bought mine from there in March or April of 2001.

I really need to get off my duff and pick one of those up. I bought Neo Bomberman and Panic Bomber on MVS a long time ago and haven't had a chance to play em yet <img src="graemlins/glee.gif" border="0" alt="[Glee]" /> .

I bought one very recently and they work flawlessly. I had problems using the earlier versions because of the early serial number on my unit. This is the only version that has worked 100%. Its incredible.
