Wow, vega/bison looks pretty cool. I think hugo looks more badass for every day thought. If he´s well animated that could be one of the most inpressive sprites ever.

Thanks, Fuchikoma! I really dig the startup animation for the Psycho Crusher in that first pic. The 2nd one looks like it might be his Devil Reverse technique from SSFII.

Yeah they are real, after the whole fiasco with the image uploader BBS an anonymous japanese poster set up a yahoo breifcase for me, he's been uploading new shots constantly... right now I'm checking out the latest batch. Since these things have limited bandwith I won't be sharing the address, but I did share the address with the Professor from MMcafe, so also expect all the new images to appear there. A lof of the images are characters we've seen... if I get a good Demitri picture or something, I'll upload it to p-ign.

P.S. there are some new fakes floating around, 2 of Geese Howard.

OH MY GOD! I have never seen a sprite as big as Hugo's for as long as I've been playing 2D fighters. His head alone is almost bigger than M.Bison's entire body. This makes me wonder what they could have done with Zangief. eek!

Were in HELL Zangief is as Big/Bigger than Big Bear/Raiden ?

Big Bear/Raiden is monstrous compared to Terry, Terry is as big as Ryu and Zangief is not that big over Ryu.

Take your conclusions. Zangief is an overrated piece of shit in CVS 1 & 2.

Zangief is 214cm and Raiden is 202cm (a difference of less than 4.75 inches, in Zangief's favor). When Z and R grapple briefly in their pre-fight animation, you can see that Z's sprite is only a bit taller than R's sprite -- IMO, CVS2 does a decent job of making Z and R proportional to one another.

How can people even claim that these Vega/M.Bison pics are fake when he's already been confirmed in the lineup?

So far, I'm impressed with the visuals but could the overall gameplay be as good as the visuals? spock

Its from the short animation called 'Cloud' from the anime 'Robot Carnival'. Its a small robot boy who experiences the world through witnessing various cloud formations. Top notch animation.

Oh and Goenitz is a decent choice. Still waiting for Geese though.
