That's what I was thinking, since the beta testers did not report seeing them. The consistency of the image is extremely good though.
Edit: Morrigan's hands look strange, but the rest of the sprite is outstanding and fits into the shot exactly. I don't know how this could have been faked.

But all the picts are like that, go back and take a look... I think that was a demo cab, showing the game. Still, not that I 100% believe this is real, just it is convincing... and there is nothing about the cab that is not in any of the other pictures.

There is a fake SNK Morrigan sprite out there. Fio could be from KoF2K. The name looks like Fio but it could just be from a picture with Kyo in it.
Also, a real Morrigan should have small lights rising from the ground around her. And why is this picture so much blurrier than the others?
I'm pretty sure it's fake.

Yeah, and no one at the location test is reporting seeing them. So I say fake just because of that, but still, damn good fake... and I want it to be real!

Morrigan has no shadow.
Second thing that is definitive in my book is the black edging around the screen. It's slightly angled inward and is reflecting the colors on screen (look at the rest of the screen shots).
You can actually see the purple of the ground, the beige of Todo on the right edging and the blue of the sky on the left.
Not only is the point of view identical, but these "reflections" (although it's probably also bounce lighting because the screen is projecting light) are.
The edging on the Morigan/Fio pic should be similar to the image displayed on screen. A greenish on the left and the green of the ground blending up to a purple of morigan back to a green.
The person did a very good on the screen but neglected the other portions of the picture as well as the control panel overlay (which I think you can see Hugo in).
All of that is super academic since the POV pretty much locks it up as fake, but devils advocate (the dude was sitting REAAAAAAAAAAALLLLY still or had the worlds worst tripod), the ambient lighting is all wrong.
Fake.
