I'm looking to buy my first home carts and was wondering what sites are the best to buy from. I live in the UK so international shipping is a must.

I assume reading the forums that NGF isn't a good idea

I'm in Bury - North Manchester.

I agree Telegames are dead expensive, they want £400 for an AES system. Have you seen the price of their carts wow !

I had bad experience with the Telegames. I ordered a Neo Geo cd (Final Romance 2) back in January. They had it as listed on their website, but they told me that it was out, and I had to preorder/prepay it. It was over 1 1/2 month, and they still didn't have it, so I decied to cancel my order and get my credit back. They said that they will, but they had to work it out with their operatives in Japan. They didn't send me a refund right away, but it was because they said that their searchers in Japan weren't responding to their fax/e-mail. This went for about 2 weeks. Then they said that they got my game in. I e-mailed and said, I was no longer interested. I got my refund right away. from my experience, I think they are reputable--but only if they have it instock. I mean they always e-mailed back within a day, to my numerous e-mails. If they don't have it on stock though, avoid...

Needless to say, I got the cd at ebay about a month later from Adol.

Or try Loaded, I personally bought all my games from him, and he is the cheapest in England as far as I know. E-mail: ljdobinson@btinternet.com

Cheers!

PrOzErG,
Could you scrap the LB gif signature please? My computer comes to a screeching halt, lagging beyond belief, when I scroll the topics and reach your posts. I’m running a 1.5 Ghz Pentium 4 and 1 GB of RDRAM, hate to imagine how a slower machine would respond.

Shawn, your computer is too weak. I think it's time to upgrade that antique you call your computer.

Just kidding. My computer only has a slight pause when I have to load his animation and I only have a 1Ghz Athlon with 400MB RAM. What video card are you using? I've got a V5 5500.

The video card I’m using is a 32MB ATI RADEON output to a LCD panel. Since everyone else seems to be fine, no reason scrapping your nice gif you have created. I will find a patch or something that fixes this slowdown I’m experiencing. Kind of disappointed with this P4. I swear my PIII 800 seems faster!

Shawn,

Ahhh!, I'm almost ready to upgrade to P4. Maybe I just get a PIII 800.

Your Internet connection determines the speed of the graphics and how fast they appear (i.e. fast, slow) from the Internet . The only real work your computer does (while online) is caching the graphics as they appear (i.e. your video card and how much cache you have determines the refesh rate). How much cache does your motherboard have, Shawn? Just curious!
