Anyone cancelled their NCS preorder for US MS3?

I just got confirmation from NCS for Metal Slug 3, but I cancelled.
I have not decided to get the US version either.

1. I was wondering if anyone else did the same?

2. Did you cancel to get the US version?

3. No cash.

4. Brought both copies?

No, seriously. I'll stick with my JPN version as usual. I've already abandoned US Saturn and Sega CD, Neo is no exception.

wjw123: U R not alone bud. I did the same thing. I cancelled my preorder, but still got the confirmation.

I'll be e-mailing them shortly.

Reason is that I am currently deciding on if I should sell my Neo Geo AES set up.

I certainly pondered long and hard over which version to go with. And, I've ultimately decided to cancel with NCSX and go with Shawn's ENG MS3.

I did not cancel my order. I believe in honoring pre-purchase and reserve agreements with companies that offer such oportunities for their customer base. I paid in full today.

I'm not cutting off ncs their order from me. I dont beleive anyone should. If you say to a bussiness you will buy something, you buy it. You dont just back out cause you want to buy a different version. I would much rather have the USA ver, but I'm still gonna purchase the JAP version NCS offered us all awhile ago. Its something called ethics.

GML, I just got mine like an hour ago, so if you are towards the end of the list it may take awhile, or maybe your mail server is slow and it wont show up for awhile. If they did forget, email them. Its that easy. It would help though if you still have the origional preorder email.

i will follow through w/my preorder at ncsx not only b/c its the ethical thing to do, but b/c i want them to support future releases. I will most likely buy the eng version also, but how can anyone expect ncs to support another release if half of the ms3 preorders are cancelled?

I didn't cancel, and with any luck I'll be racking the body count into the thousands again by next Thursday. I really don't give a rat's ass whether or not I can read the manual, it's Metal Slug for Godsakes, not some long-winded RPG that you have to study up on and learn the in's and out's of battle systems, spells, equipment, etc. You aim, shoot, and try to avoid being shot (or whatever else). Can't get much simpler than that...

If you are a manual reader and have way too much time on your hands go to a local community college and learn Japanese and hopefully some Kanji (if you don't learn any Kanji then it's all for naught)

I totally agree with you. I don't think that cancelling NCSX pre-order will help at all for future AES releases.
I'm having my MS3 from NCS next week. I can't wait... <IMG SRC="smilies/drool.gif" border="0">
