why tiffany... we got too many BIG female chars.. why not hyo or batsu, or hinata or even akira (w/o the helm)

It's possible that someone from Rival Schools could make it in the game, but I'd hope for someone a little cooler. Like perhaps Akira (In helmet or without) or Batsu.

Not to mention that Tiffany hates nattou. And speaking on behalf of nattou-hating gaijin everywhere, Guile needs another nattou-hating blonde American to team up with in SVC. And there's another reason to include Andy in the lineup -- so Guile and Tiffany can tag-team his nattou-spaghetti-loving ass.
Finally, I'm a huge fan of the TV/OVA anime series <a href="http://www.gaogaigar.net/" target="_blank">Yuushaou Gaogaigar</a> (aka, The King of Braves Gaogaigar). Narahashi Miki, the voice of Tiffany, is also the voice of Swan White {<a href="http://www.figurege.com/gaogai/kr_501.jpg" target="_blank">pic1</a>, <a href="http://www.figurege.com/gaogai/kr_503.jpg" target="_blank">pic2</a>} (one of my favorite characters in Gaogaigar). Tiffany should be added to SVC if only to give Ms. Narahashi more work.
Now that I think about it, there are a couple more Shiritsu Justice Gakuen (aka, Rival Schools) voices in Gaogaigar. The female lead, Utsugi Mikoto {<a href="http://www.figurege.com/gaogai/kr_500.jpg" target="_blank">pic1</a>, <a href="http://www.figurege.com/gaogai/kr_502.jpg" target="_blank">pic2</a>}, is voiced by Hanba Tomoe -- the voice of Justice's Hinata. The male lead, Shishioh Guy, is played by Hiyama Nobuyuki -- the voice of Batsu in the Justice series (not to mention the voice of Joe Higashi ever since Garou 3). Hey, wait a minute -- there's not a single Muay Thai practitioner in the current SVC lineup. Yo, Playmore -- get Joe Higashi in there so's Mr. Hiyama can get another paycheck.

While also known for the roles of Katsuragi Misato (Shinseiki Evangelion), Shiranui Mai (Battle Fighters Garou Densetsu 2 and THE MOTION PICTURE Garou Densetsu), Mink (Dragon Half), and Takeuchi Yuuka (Variable Geo), she also provided the video game voices of Claudia Silva (Knuckle Heads) and Hananokouji Kurara (Gouketsuji Ichizoku 2 and Gouketsuji Gaiden ~Saikyou Densetsu~). My other reason for supporting Tiffany as another SVC cast member was the need for a 3rd female CAPCOM character to balance against Mai, Shiki, and Kasumi. Playmore might just as well give that 3rd spot to Kyoko. While they're at it, they could add Zankuro (SamSpi III & IV) to the SNK side, so I could finally have the Minazuki Kyoko vs Minazuki Zankuro dream match I've been wanting.

Well, I wouldn't go that far. But I would say that, since Kyosuke has already appeared in CVS2, I'd rather he not be included in SVC. I think the SVC cast is already far too similar to that of CVS and CVS2. Of the 20 announced characters, 13 of them (not counting Choi) -- that's 65% -- were playable characters in CVS/CVS2. If Playmore could just add 6 more characters that were NOT part of the CVS/CVS2 lineups, then at least SVC would have a 50/50 split between repeat characters and new faces. I would just really prefer that SVC avoid any further casting similarities, so that it can further distinguish itself from CAPCOM's crossover efforts.

Dear lord, it's a seiyuu nightmare. You people know too much. 
Kyosuke...well, in my opinion.
Kyosuke is mediocre in CVS2, but has a decent enough poke game. Roll-canceling slaughters him, though. If RC'ing wasn't in there, with his infinites and high damage combos, he might not be bad...he wasn't a bad poke character at the start, either.
But Kyosuke is one of the best characters in shiritsu justice hakuen or moero! Justice gakuen (Rival Schools and Project Justice, respectively.) The latter game happens to be one of my favorite games, next to Vagrant Story. He's at his best in that...with or without the airwalking glitch (mid-air 236+WK+HK, if you don't know it...fixed in the U.S. DC version). With that glitch, some characters have a very difficult time getting to him...but remember, if anyone tries that BS with you, just run in and throw...yes, it works (or better yet, command throw). And makes the mid-air turtle much angry.
He has good ground game too, and many safe chain combos that leave him in a position to block or interrupt most tardy counters. I prefer WP, WP, HP, HK, 6+HK...whether it chips or connects, the last HKs snuff a lot...his HK, standing or sweep, is great. Then you can follow with 623+HP, chase them into the air, and do all sorts of mean things. And his damage is really good too.
But I don't think he can take Momo. Now THERE'S someone that should be in SVC Chaos. > Of course, so should Kyosuke...and Hyo's another great idea. Heck, SOMEONE needs to give those Justice chars more exposure. -_-
Oh crap, I just started talking about Justice Gakuen for no reason...I'm sorry. Ah, I'll just post, I don't feel like deleting all that. Moral of the story is that Kyosuke is actually a really solid character, and I'm hoping to see some Justice characters in SVC Chaos. That'd rock.

What the hell? Why would you want Kyosuke in SvC if he was already in CvS2? I'd want somebody else from Rival Schools, somebody more colorful, more animated (I mean personality wise). I mean, off the top of my head, the following would be an awesome addition:

Kyosuke's not a bad idea too... Or that Momo gurl... AND who'z that violin playing gurl? She's got some wicked hair... Akira's cool too... But all in all: I'd vote for Tiffany... "Beautiful, Exciting!"... On the side note: The guy who voiced Shoma also was the seiyuu of Amiboshi (and I believe Suboshi) of Fushigi Yuugi!
