Does anyone know anything about this game?
Is it on the making ?
4 months left for 2001, where's my KOF2k1?
maybe there going to go straight to KOF2k2??
and also i notice that KOF2k says 6 episode?
i though it was 7th.KOF 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 2k WTF?

Maybe they consider the '98 edition a mixture of all the previous ones.

KOF'98 Is titled 'the slugfest' in the US only, the Japanese version is subtitled 'Dream Match never ends'.

How else can you explain Mature, Vice, the NFT, and Rugal making appearances?

Alright - time for a (reletively) dumb question.
I know what happened to Yashiro, Chris and Shermie at the end of '97. But what happened to Mature and Vice? Due to my gameplaying skills generally sucking at the time I couldn't finish it with that team and now I cant find a KoF machine anywhere (all my local arcades closed down).
This has been bugging me for ages.

...but that's my point. Why did they go and change the damn name for the US if it was going to be a game that didn't count in the series?

Nick...yeah I know......I like that name ALOT BETTER!!! I was just saying that since SNK changed the name that reason for not counting it doesn't count in the US, right? Whatever on this topic......I understand why it doesn't, guess my real question is why the hell they changed the games name in the first place....... <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">
