KoF 2001 for PS2

For those who were waiting for KoF 2001 to arrive on the PS2 it will be released around August 28 as stated by Playmore to NCS.

No problemo. I hope it is a perfect port. I've been awaiting for this game to arrive on the PS2 for a while.

I think it´s worth it for free kof2000 alone, since I think 2001 sucks. Too bad it´s probably not comming to GCN...

If they touched up the color palette a bit (especially with the backrounds, which with the exception of the Italy stage, come off as very bland looking), and did something with that god awful music, then this port would totally rock my world.

Even if they don't, so long as it doesn't have any problems, I plan on picking it up.

Yeah the little buy 2001 and get 2000 is only for the US from what I understand. Their probably trying to get people hooked. I haven't played 2000 so I'm looking forward to the American release in October.

i'd recommend to anyone who ain't got a Neo Geo to get a Dreamcast, the KOF's on it are awesome, especially with an Arcade stick.
