Checking on it. Normally the rule is no animated Avatars, but yours falls within the size limit, memory-wise. I Posted about it in Mod Squad, and will wait for a ruling.

I uploaded it and sent you an e-mail confirming it. Is the "Custom" option not showing up when you go to select an Avatar?
