convenient navigation

is it possible to add the "location" bar (that thing that says "Neo-Geo >> Administration >> Suggestions?") at the bottom as well as the top of a thread? i love to use it for quick navigation, and it's a pain in the ass to scroll all the way up to get to it sometimes.
