Jesus Christ! 1200 bucks a month for a T 1?
We have a similar one (1,544 megabit/s) for only 150 €!
I thought T 3 is now standart in the US.
I guess OC 48 and 192 is used by biiiiig companies and military.

Unless you're in a big office building or a school, you dont have that level of connection here in the states. Most subscribers have 56K, DSL or Broadband.

Good point kernow. The signature should be cleaned and locked shortly . . . maybe with NO sig for a while, he'll learn the lesson?

oh well i dun have a problem with it but i can imagine its a bitch for people on dial up. get rid of the last vf pic at least.

Actually the total size of all the pics in his sig is about 905K. Getting rid of the last pic still leaves the total sig size at over 700K, which is ridiculous. The main reason is that most of the small "thumbs" he put up are in bitmap format, not jpegs. MUCH too large . . .

You could put all those PS2 box pics up if you simply converted them to JPG format. Of the 8 small pics you put up, the first one is a JPG file and is only 11K in size. The remaining 7 PS2 box pics are bitmap files (.bmp) and are much larger at over 100K each. Bitmap files are always much larger than JPGs. So, you could technically have the other 7 PS2 pics in JPG format too, and the total space used would be under 100K, instead of over 700K.
That last pic you put in was a bit phat itself at 184K . . . overall, its best to keep the total sig size down to 200K or less, even 100K is a pretty decent level. 900K plus is painful to people on dialup, though . . .

Um, all the PS2 pics are jpeg, the largest one is CvS2 at 18.4 Kb.
The VF4 pic is a gif, at 98.7 Kb, what the hell are you talking about...
If the PS2 pics WERE indeed bmps they would've never even existed on this board in my sig, i'm not stupid.. not stupid but young nonetheless.
My whole pic was (calculated) a total of 194.88 Kb.
I hate how people jump the gun like this, without even PMing me or IMing me on AIM.
Cute, very cute

I saved all 9 of your pics to my HDD. One was a JPG, the other 8 were BMPs. Using the windows "save as" function, why would 8 of them DEFAULT to BMP format (if they are actually JPGs)? And one of the DEFAULT to JPG? Better recheck those pics . . .
