Image toolbar?

For some reason when I put the mouse pointer over a sig of some posters including mine I see something with 4 options. One's email I think, one's a save disk icon, one's a folder icon, and the last is a print icon.

What's the meaning of it?

It's just a new super-cool (beware of irony) InternetExplorer6 'feature'.
Actually I can faster right-click - save image than it takes for this shitty menu to appear.
