Please Delete the 'What Does a White Girl...' Thread in the Warroom

Someone bumped the damn thing awhile ago, and now it's starting up again.

Soon after it was first made, it was quickly derailed into a very useful discussion on race relations. Now, however, it's just getting spammed by replies like 'Wow, I can't believe someone bumped this thread!' which in turn end up bumping the thread again...

Someone also bumped a 'Ban FWFSS' thread, probably because they thought he's still posting (because of his 'White Girl...' thread).

It's the nature of the Warroom to have stupid and sometimes offensive threads, that's fine... this one however is especially stupid and offensive, and so, should be axed.

I agree with tsukaesugi, kill this thread. The thing is annoying to look at and people still think FWFSS is posting.

I think it would be better to just lock the thread than to delete it. Thats a policy that I really wish this BBS would do more often than to outright just delete certain offending threads.


My logic is this:

When it comes time to evaluate scammers and offensive/worthless members, its better to have the thread handy to reference back to, rather than saying "Yeah there was this thread that was deleted, but so and so was a real ass in it".

Keep the thread, just lock it from new posts.

Hmmm... for some reason, we have the "close thread" hability.

No need to delete it. Just close it. it'll show people what scum like FilledwithshitSS is. wink
