Thats a very common cart, regardless of the BS you read on eBay about it being "RARE". The cart isn't worth much so its their ploy to increase your bidding prices on it.
You should have no problem getting even the english version under 40-50 bucks somewhere. Just shop around. Its a shame since I traded my copy in weeks ago. Are you sure you want to buy Riding Hero? Its amongst the worst Neo Geo has to offer. Super Hang On for Genesis is better, by all accounts, IMHO.
