I think this is one of the last upgrades to your excellent msg board...please could you have an american section and a european section in the market place forum!? I mean, im in the UK, and generally, other than ordering from Shawn, like to buy off people in the UK, and its a REAL hassle looking through and only to find they are in the USA.

ALL I WANT IS THIS:

a)Either mention counrty of sale from the original message in some form, i.e 'click here to tyoe in your country of sale'

OR

b) Have 3 sections:

A)USA SALES
B)UK/EUROPEAN SALES
C)OTHER

I mean, how many usa buyers buy from the UK anyways? Exactly...id REALLY APPRECTIATE THIS and shout out to shawn for the cool things he does to neo scene.

Well, I don't really agree with it...
I'm in Spain, but it's very hard to trade this stuff within Spain in this board, so I usually trade with USA and sometimes other European countries.
Usually most members here agree to ship worldwide as this is an international board. What I do hate is people that will only ship to their country. I can understand some USA people doing so, but many times I've seen UK people only willing to ship within the UK, discriminating the rest of the EU. Now that we have the € (I hope UK joins it soon) trading in the euro-zone is easier.

You can check the location of the seller at the bottom of their posts (although some people write funny jokes there...) before reading it.

So I like the market forums the way they are. The other way would encourage trading only within your own country/zone, and I don't like that. The internet is supposed to break the distance barriers, not to create new ones.

I think this is more a case of the buyer/seller being a bit more specific with the topic title.
Splitting up the trading section would probably just complicate matters, as some sellers would be able to ship internationally, others only locally, others only to certain contries etc etc etc.

It might be better simply to enforce a topic naming convention - but that may be seen as being too restrictive to forum members.

At the end of the day, a more specific topic title would make things easier for the buyer/seller, (no time wasted dealing with people who you find out you can't ship to) so we should just leave it up to them to get their act togeather.
