I concur with this suggestion.

We don't want to completely stifle debate.

If you can have two threads, all the better.

If you started the original thread, you can edit the Subject line to reflect the thread's new use (just edit the first post).

Yeah, I have to agree that that topic should be closed, but I don't think anybody else will be posting on it so it will fall down anyway.
