high score forum

I know its old fashioned and people could lie about what scores they got in a game,
but how about a forum to post high scores.

HHM... Good idea maybe we could make a section like high scores and send or high scores for each game ? I could send my Metal Slug ones and others.. ?

I think it would become spam breeding ground, I mean what are you going to post day in and day out as and excuse to raise the post count.

It acts as a scoreboard for the nearly-3000 games supported by MAME, including all the Neo-Geo games that are supported. Each score is accompanied by a recording, which allows you to download an input file to see just how the score was achieved!

I've got a good number of Neo-Geo scores up too, including 29.1 million on Shock Troopers, 13.4 million on Shock Troopers 2nd Squad (finished without losing a life), 17.4 million on Blazing Star, and one-credit finishes on Metal Slug, Metal Slug 2, Top Hunter, NAM-1975, Cyber-Lip, among others.

Talking about emulators on here is not and i repeat not a good idea,emulators and roms are the reason people like dion and his cronies at NGF are able to make fake neo geo cartridges with ease.We dont want to hear about it, you can say;fuck,shit,bollocks,cunt ect but if you say roms or emulators everyone will flame you,sounds unfair but thats the way it is.

I never said you didnt own any games for the neo or mvs,but i didnt know either,but its a controversial subject
as it is the cause of some problems.
I had already thrown the idea of scores out the window on this board,ill leave it up to the moderators or other people wheather they want it or not and it dont look like they do.
I was just giving you a fair warning that some people may not like the word emulator or rom,as you can see by my slightly over reaction to the subject other people may act the same.

Here is my take, ROMS, and emulaters are illegal and kill companies, that could be making quarters off you in the cade's.
If you feel its ok to download SNK's pastimes, then you are in for alot of flames, neo geo has become inet dogmeat, because of these two bastards in sweden emulated neo in the first place.
They are the black market side of neo gaming.
A few roms is ok, if you own the legit copeies of those games orignally, but if you dont, you are cheating and breaking the law.

Yeah thats the bogus part. I mean there is literally no way to acquire perfet screen shots unless you got the roms, you make the calll reverand.
