Non-SNK games.

This site talks just as much about the latest import DC and GC games, Saturn favorites, SFC, TG16, and even earlier games. Why not open up a seperate section of the review department to cover them?

The members of this forum are definitely on a different "plane" than other gaming forums, they have played the best of the best and know what they're talking about when they review a game, without too much bias or fanboy-ism, something you cannot find on gamefags or any other gaming forum.

Allow for non-snk game reviews, and you will breathe new life into the now stale review section here. It will increase the accessibility of the site, allowing people to speak their mind about whatever games they have, not only expensive neo games.

Think about it...

That's exactly what I didn't mean. No one here, me included, really cares at all about the latest eye candy fest on PS2 or XBOX.

But look around. Gameplay forum? 6000 posts, not even all are neo related. KoF Forum? 12000 posts. CvS forum? 6000 posts, and not an SNK or Neo (yet) game. Neo 16-bit, 19000 posts.

The forums already have a non-SNK section you know, it's called unrelated topics.80,000 posts. There is a huge interest in non-SNK stuff here. Dreamcast. Saturn. Super Famicom. Turbografx. The list goes on and on. But there is also huge interest in Neo stuff obviously, and I am not saying we should throw it out.

People on this forum want to hear what people on this forum have to say about games, so why limit ourselves just to the neo?

I'd vote to keep the site focused on Neo software, for the simple fact that that's why people visit--you want Neo info and lots of it. There's plenty of software for MVS, AES, NGPC to review, and multiple reviews by different people are encouraged...kinda fuzzes the focus if it goes beyond Neo. Just my two cents.
