My profile and the inability to have a signature. PLEASE HELP MODS.

I was just wondering, I have put a new picture in my sig, becuase I guess the one I had was too big. It looks like it is somehow locked becuase I can not get my sig to work. Could you please unlock my sig and let me display my pics and sig again?? Thank you for your help. I know this might sound trivial, but if you could it would be much appreciated.
