You're right, the Saturn version is better, but the PSX has an extra secret character called 'Marionette' if I'm not mistaken...Steve:

Why not just get the Saturn version, "Vampire Savior"? I played both, and while I give credit to the PSX version for being surprisingly solid, the Saturn version blows it outta the water.
I have no idea what magical drop f is eaxctly, but if it is like the others, then go for it!insaneben:

Marionette is hardly a "character".tsukaesugi:

You do know that Vampire Savior on the Saturn has an English option? winkinsaneben:
Thanks for the feedback, everyone! It looks like almost all the games on my list are proven winners. I had a blast playing Fighting Vipers on Saturn back in the day, so I guess it was no surprise that Last Bronx is another solid Sega fighter (or so Steve says). I'll probably try Darkstalkers 3 first before Vampire Savior simply because I want to be able to read the dialogue in English (that, and I don't own an Action Replay cart- yet). I've already played SFA2 for Saturn, but I still want SFA since I want to see if it blows the PSX port away (and since I'm somewhat of a completeist). Groove-On Fight sounds "groovy" (and will hopefully get me psyched for Matrimelee).
I'm still in the dark about Magical Drop F, Money Idol Exchanger, and Puyo Puyo 4 (though the four-player mode looks mighty tempting). Any further comments would be appreciated.
