Hey what brought this up? You drive one?
I tried taking pics once with my POS $20 digicam and it didn't work. I'll try again in better light next time.
You know what fucks it all? Some asshole either A) Backed up into the side of my car, right behind the driver's door or B) Pushed a shopping cart into it. Pisses me off. This was like 2 weeks ago and like a month before that some dick must have leaned up against the nose with his foot and put a large swooping dent in it (about the size of a large hand). I can prolly fix that but the side dent is cresed in two places so I'm SOL there.

One thing though. When I first bought the car a little over a year ago I was in this take out Chinese place and I came out and some dude (like 40 years old) was leaning up against it talking to his friends like nothing was the matter. I came out and said "what the fuck are you doing?" and he just looked at the car then stepped off. I checked the spot then got in and left.

speaking of people fucking with another man's ride... I saw some people across from a jack-in-the-box I was eating at just running as fast as they could with shopping carts and hitting cars. What the fuck is up with that? these people are like 20-something year old collage students. Have they no shame? I would expect this only from 12-year-olds or less

Ha, reminds me of the opening article the editor of SportCompact wrote about a year or so ago. Apparently he was driving the project Celica they were working on at the time and some ass in the parking lot of IHOP did the same exact thing. People have no respect for other peoples' shit what-so-ever.
At least I drive a piece of poo car (for now). I wouldn't even care if someone bumped into me. Me and my friend bump into eachother all the time--we both drive poo cars.
Out of curiosity, is your Miata stock FeelGood? I'm not a big fan of Miatas, but I have to say, they're damn fun little cars... especially in the wet. I used to take my girlfriend's Miata from her all the time.

Yeah everything under the hood is stock. Exterior is stock for the most part. I fucked with the interior though. Custom sub enclusure in the passenger footwell, infinities in the doors, aftermarket CD player, amp in the trunk, white door panels, white center console and white instrument cover. White indiglo guages, voodoo shift knob and hand brake. Custom leather accessories such as break/shift boot, seatbelt sleeves and padded armrest. I did some basic lightening too so I'm about 100lbs lighter than stock. Removed the towing hooks from the front and back (HEAVY!), no more spare tire and jack and removed the windshield washer fluid system.
The car is slooooow as shit. I push about 100HP at the wheels with a 2100lbs car. It's still hellafun to ride though and if you think about it a 220HP Miata fucking screams since the HP/weight ratio is so outa wack it doesn't compute like other cars (so don't think they are pussies for not putting out 400HP).
A couple weeks ago I was seriously looking into trading it in for a MKIII Supra (values are about the same) but then that fucking asshole put the dent in the side so I'll have to get that fixed first.

Funny thing though since the car is so light driving in the rain is scaaaaaaaary. I can literally sit there and spin out constantly at about 2K RPMs. ROFL. There just isn't enough weight holding the tires to the pavement.
Then again pulling off a spinout U turn perfectly is hella fun.

They'll never do it. People would rather their car look all crazy and fast than actually be fast. Its real bad down here. Sometimes the mofo's don't even finish putting the kits on. They just leave it half way and think they are all cool with like 40 people in a small ass civic.
Whenever I go to my vietnamese friends parties like everybody who comes to the party has a honda or acura with a kit but you ask em what they got under the hood and its all stock. Oh maybe they got a shitty sounding muffler but thats it.
Oh forgot to mention I'm not all stock. I got a whistle tip of course but who here in Cali DOESN'T have one? I guess I just thought it was a given but I just remembered everyone on these boards isn't from Cali so there you go.

I can't stand red cars though. ANYTHING but red. In fact, the only two colors I would consider driving are white and black.

This is what I drive..on Weekends..It's my Dads 64 Corvette convertable..Will be mine.
He's a Car collector..he has several Corvettes.
Picture takin in my driveway/parking spot.
I own a Drk Green 1980 Corvette..it's not on the road right now.(garaged)
We only can park one car in our spot and I can't fit the car seat in my Corvette.
There is no street parking on my street so I keep the car off the road until I move..
I can just drive one of my Dad's,..But this one is my favorite.
He has the hard top on for the winter.
