How many of you own a " Made in Japan" GBA or GBA SP?

I was looking at my GBA one day and noticed that it was made in Japan.To my surprise,many of my friend's
GBA's were made in China.Personally,I prefer buying stuff that's made in Japan over stuff that's made in China,Hong Kong,or Taiwan anyday,because they all seem to lack quality workmanship.

Shin Sangoku Musou is made by Japanese, played by Americans, and about the Chinese.

Samba De Amigo has bad pop-Latinoesque music in the game, it's conceived and programmed by the Japanese, and played by Americans.

Americans, Japanese, Koreans, Chinese, South Americans, and many other countries play games with each other via an Internet connection every day.

my gameboy color was made in japan, but of corse that's where I bought it from. it's the clear-clear one that isn't available in the U.S. I had a gba as well from america (platinum) but I traded it to my friend for his american ss and 20 games. it saddens me that he traded it and 4 games for 65 dollars.

My US Platinum GBA SP is made in China.

Mine is made in China, I frankly see no poor quality craftmanship in the design over "made in japan" A system is a system to me, as long as it plays the games and works fine. No complaints here.

My purple GBA was made in Japan with a serial of around 500+. It was one of the very first ever made!
