"Zwei!!" - Any information on this Japanese RPG made by Falcom? (Not Panzer Dragoon)

Ok, I stumbled across "Zwei!!" (not Panzer Dragoon), some sort of a Japanese PC RPG made by Falcom (creators of "Ys"). I was just wondering if anybody has any information on this game (preferably if there's a translation). The game looks amazing from the videos and screenshots I've seen. It seems resemble games like Grandia, The Legend of Zelda, Ragnarok Online and Magic Knight Rayearth (especially graphically). The only sites I've found at the moment are:

At the offcial site, check out the "Downloads" secion and from there take a look at the videos (there are a ton of screens available around the site as well). This game looks awesome between it's anime style hand-drawn in-game graphics/FMVs.

At first I thought you ment Herzog Zwei, but that's no Herzog.

Wow, such beautiful graphics and animation.

It's for Japanese Windows though! That...SUCKS! I would rather it be on the POS2, but it definately looks like it belongs on the DC.

Since it runs on a Jap OS you may or may not be able to play it on a US Windows system. Still though, games like that don't belong on the PC. It just doesn't "feel" right.

Since it is a Jap PC game it may be hard to find info on it, but I'll do some research...
