I'm trying to get Kyukyoku tiger and there are two versions: Mega Drive and PC Engine
Which one is better?

Since I haven't played or heard of the game I won't say much. But the PC Engine sounds like a more powerful machine than the MD / Genesis so maybe you should go with the PC Engine version
