What were the "bad" Dreamcast games?

For both US and imports including Japan and Europe. I've heard awful things about Kiss Psycho Circus and Soul Fighter, but not to many others spring to mind. So let's make a list of the "bad" DC games for future reference.

Sega Smash pack vol 1 is really bad.

A lot of people say Soul Fighter and Draconus: Cult of the Wyrm were pretty bad, but I won both and think they are quite fun.

That Jeremy McGrath game was a load of crap. In fact, it got the lowest rating of all Dreamcast when the Official Dreamcast Magazine (RIP) reviewed every game at once.

plasma sword was pretty bad. the story is hard to get into, and moves are completely gay. the characters suck as well. though it is the game that hyato is from.

Spirit of Speed was the absolute worst thing I have ever played.

Sega GT left alot to be desired , ultra crappy control,it was like driving on ice all the time.

Fighting Force 2

Carrier was pretty bad

Suzuki Allstare Extreme Racing

Test Drive 6 , these games suck in any form , excpet maybe the rally games.

Eighteen Wheeler was also pretty lame

Evolution. Randomly generating dungeons have never worked well in a game and they never will. No, before you even say it, Dark Cloud's random dungeons sucked too.

The only awful DC game I own is KISS: Psycho Circus. It's only worth buying if you are a hardcore FPS fan (unlike me).

Carrier and a lot of the other games listed here are MASTERPIECES compared to some Dreamcast games, I think a pretty accurate list of the worst games (from my own experience) would be:

Everything else IMO is pretty good if you're into the specific genre that game comes from.

D2 was more of a disappointment than a disaster, because there's a LOT it does right, yet so many minor things missing from it and it's rediculously easy (another game where you have to actually go out of your way to get killed). Unlike most games of its ilk though I thought it was brilliant that you actually START the game with a sniper rifle and a machine gun, but you need the sniper rifle to hunt for food more than for fighting as you trek across the Canadian wilderness while your friends get inseminated and ripped apart by alien freaks of nature.

Again, the game does so much right.

I wish I could get into it more.

Last Blade 2 wasn't that great on the DC - especially the US (raped) version.

KoF 99 DM is sucky. I mean, the control is 'ok' at best. The DC pad just doesn't help me get the right feeling. The intro is nice to see at least once, but it's on the whole retarded. The music is where they fucked up the most. There were so many things they could have done, aside from restarting the music during each round. I personally hate the way they did the music. Makes me glad to own the cart.

Well, actually, when it comes to any neo geo game, if you can't play the home cart or MVS, I highly recommend playing the rom on an emulator and not the port.

ports are a last resort.
