btw, only tried to start a new thread because I didn't think Tora was interested in continuing.

My other guess is Street Fighter Alpha. Birdie was white in SF1, and in the Alpha series, he's black.

I thought the whole purpose of the first thread was to name the game an Engrish quote came from. Not to just give hints about any old game.

That is what it was all about, BBH. Looks like Tora's turn came out a little different. I'm telling you though, I named the game for sure in Alpha series. That's gotta be it.
