turbograffix help

what is the difference between hu pc cards and tg16 cards?
do you need an adaptor to play both?
which turbograffix unit plays the most games?
which format has the best games?
which is most cost effective?

i posted something in the wanted sectio but i need advice from someone who really knows?

Hu pc cards is the japanese version of the game while tg16 card is the USA version.
USA Turbo Duo plays USA cards and USA/JPN CDs/Super CDs.
JPN Turbo Duo plays JPN cards and USA/JPN CDs/Super CDs.
USA Turbografx plays USA cards.
JPN Turbografx plays JPN cards.
To play a JPN card on a USA system you'll need a Kisado converter which is quite rare and expensive.
