I didn't really know what to label this topic.....
I figured that topic would make sense. I just got a new pair of rollerblades, I had an old set of rollerblades. The new ones are 7 bearings as my old ones I believe are 1 or 2 bearings....Damn are the new ones fast....check out what happened to me when I fell........ouch!

I don't have any battle scar stories of my own. My brother has a weird growth looking pus thing on his elbow where he fell off a skateboard (the thing looks pretty nasty, he's had the mark for like 10 years or more!). I didn't see it, so that's all the info. I've got on it.

That "scar" you have looks pretty nasty.

there i was at this joint called camp lone star it's a summer camp way out in La Grange texas. and there's this steep hill right that leads down to the cafeteria. where all of the kids eat, so one day i decided to run down the hill. i was going really fast and tried to slow down and fell. i landed on my elbow and slid on my elbow about two feet. it was so cut up, and bleeding everywhere and yet i did'nt feel a thing. but now i have a silver dolar sized scar on my elbow that's covered in hair. i wish i had saved the scab that came off, but no it was like the size of one of those big cockroaches.

then one time at my uncles house out in the middle of nowhere. me and my cousin were walking around in this old dry river bed. i tripped over a rock and hit this huge piece of old chicken wire, that stabbed me in the hand from the bottom of my thumb to the bottom of my index finger. my hand was ripped open, though it hurt like hell it was so cool lookin.

This isnt really a good story, but I will put it up anyway. When I was about five I was at a barbeque and I walked right into a game of horseshoes. Sure enough I got nailed right on the upper right side of my forehead. I dont remember if there was any blood, but it left a white scar.

Incidently, several years later I was at a friends house jumping on his trampoline while people on the other side of the wall were hitting golf balls against the wall. You can see where this is going, one of the balls went straight over the wall and nailed me in almost the exact same spot as the horseshoe, just millimeters away. With all the blood I lost from that I was suprised I didnt need stitches. I had a huge scab on my forehead for the longest time, and ironicly it fell off when I was jumping on a trampoline.

So now I have matching small red and white scars on the upper right part of my forehead.

When I was about 10 I dove into a cement truck playing football and split my head open (right along the hair part line). When I was about 12 I dove into the same cement truck playing football and split my head open right at the center on top. When I was 14 I ran into a soccer goal post playing flag football for PE and split my forehead open. All of them required stiches, yet no visable scars. That's why you need to see a good doctor.

When I was playing high school baseball (center field) I dove for a warning track fly and landed on the hard gravel (more like small pebbles) and my knee split the hell open like you wouldn't believe. I was bleeding for like an entire week and there was gravel and rocks and shit in there. I didn't go to a doctors for some reason and just cleaned it out with one of those dishwater scrubbing cloths (the hard rough ones) and some peroxide. A giant scar remains, looks like three vertical lines about two inches in length each running across my left knee.

Bad times... <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[Crying]" />
