Objective: Name the game that the listed Engrish quote comes from. Winner Posts the next Engrish quote to be guessed.

EDIT: Each participant can ask a single question about the game (Not what the name is, obviously) to help them get the answer. Questions such as, "What is the name of one of the main characters? What genre of game is it?" etc.

I will give four hints, just to get it rolling.

1.It is an arcade game.

2. The quote is not in the game itself, but displays during the storyline while the game is sitting idle with no one playing it.

3. It had a sequel come out the next year (1991) which used the same name, but had a "2" tacked onto the end.

4. The arcade cabinet features working police lights above the marquee.
