Well fuck me... Turbo Duo motor not working...

So the motor seems to not be working on my Turbo Duo CD. When I put a disc in as usual it says "Please Set Disc." And I have clearly loaded a disc... Has anyone had this happen to their Duos? I'm guessing it's going to have to be repaired. TZD apparently no longer does repairs on systems out of warranty... And they link to this site:

Has anyone dealt with this place? Are they trustworthy? $50 is a very reasonable price I would say... So anybody, please let me know about this. I hope I can get this fixed soon...

I actually got a new Turbo Duo off of ebay last year. The seller took months to send it and I had to send some of my people to his house to finally get it. They just spoke to him mind you. No illegal stuff. They just let him know he wasn't going to get away with this.'

Anyway after finally getting it the laser was knocked out of alignment. The same problem your Duo has. The seller packed the Duo in brown paper. No box or stuffing. I called TZD and spoke to them they also sent me to Retro Games. Retro Games really know thier stuff. They never answer emails so just call them though ok? They fixed my Duo in less than a week and then sent it back to me still in great shape. They are highly reccommended. So speak to them and send your system out. BTW I think it's 60 now for repiars. Plus shipping back.
