All I know is that people try to access my computer. What can I do to prevent this and how can the following info be helpful to me. This person has apparently tried to access my Comp
Any help would be appreciated.

Black ICE should be able to advise you on what you should do based on the type of attack. Not everything it lists is an actual attack and if BI caught it there's nothing to really worry about anyway.

Oops, forgot to mention how to get the advice. Double click on the flashing red BI logo in your system tray and highlight the red alert and click on "advICE"

Dude, you really don't want to post that kinda info on a public board.

Anyone who really wanted to know it could probably find it out, but there's no reason to hand it to anyone.

There's enough info there for anyone who'd want to to seriously bring you down, we're talking data loss to out right computer destruction in a physical sense.

I'd edit that if I were you.

Depending what setting your firewall is at, it may go off a lot.

Not every red blink is an attack, most of them are just from web pages, a cookie, etc.

Because really what would a backer accomplish trying to break into your PC? Not much. They go for status hacks, some random guy's PC isn't gonna float their boat.

Most of the alerts you get from firewalls are from PCs that are infected themselves by virii/worms that have "hacking" abilities such as Code Red or Nimda etc...

You know what.. Some people just have to much time on their hands if all they do is fuck with peoples computers for no reason. Didn't know I was handing out any personal info. I give a big thanks to all who replied.
