grrr, I've been playing this game for over 65 hours and I haven't found any "rare" items. I play this online and offline, still no good. :(

And where do I get this stuff:

Cell of MAG 502
Cell of MAG 213
Cell of MAG 213
Cell of MAG 502
Heart of Pian
Heart of Opa Opa
Heart of Chao
Parts of RoboChao

help me please.

You only logged in 65 hrs.? That is nowhere near the amount of time you need to find rare items. I know once you logged in around 200+ hrs., thats where you will start find rare items. That was how many hrs. I logged in the DC version to find some of the rares in the game.

As for the Mag Cells, you just have to keep playing through all the levels, killing all the monsters in the area. I'm not sure but I think you will have an easier time finding these cells online. Hope that helped.

Yea, I'd like to know where to find the two rarest items of all for PSO on the Gamecube, namely -

1.) The modem
~and~
2.) The keyboard.

Anybody know where the hell to find these?

Good luck finding a mag cell on your own, they are extremely rare items.

I had 500+ hours for ver2 and still never found one, bunch of other good stuff, but no mag cell.

But if you had played during Halloween and Christmas Sega had special versions of rare Rappies around that dropped mag cells.

You can get a keyboard at VideogameDepot for $74.

What about rare weapons like the double saber, that rocket launcher(forgot the name)?

You dont find decent rares until you are playing on very hard, and you wont find the good ones until you are on ultimate.

Rares are also dependant on your section ID. This is a great reference table for enemy drops and rare items.

http://pso.wumarkus.com/

I've found several Double Sabers in Hard and V Hard mines and ruins using a Redria ID. But it is true about the time, you must log in a lot of time for other rare stuff to appear. The rarest items ive found on my own are Secret Gear (a 10 star shield for hunters and ranger) and a Guilty Light (a 10 star plasma bazooka for rangers). Just keep looking and you'll find good stuff.

KaedesBlade:

The trick to getting rare items in PSO is knowing what your section ID has to offer, check out www.pso-world.com and look in the item database. It will give you a detailed list of what items you can find and where.

The rest is up to patience and a bit of luck.

Double Sabers are considered to be fairly common but the weapon you want is a NUG-2000 Bazooka which is a bitch to get, it can only be found with a Greenil ID in the Ultimate Mines from a Sinow Red.

Good luck.
