So who do you think would win in a fight: Jedah from the Vampire Savior series or Dante from Devil May Cry? Of course I thiink Jedah would because anyone who would decapitate themselves in order to guard cancel or slit his own wrist in order to wrap his enemies in a bloody hand is pretty serious about killing :D .

This is a tough one......let me see....Dante has kick ass dialogue, cool clothes, bad ass sword named Allister(except in the 2nd one), two sweet handguns called Ebony & Ivory, and a trigger finger to die for. But on the other hand Jedah......well besides cutting his head off and slitting his wrists, I will definetly say he has a cool costume, not one of my favorite characters from Vampire Saviour, So I'm going with.....DANTE. I'll be interested to see what other people post. Thanks for the topic.

Dante is too cool.He has awesome, kick-ass moves and combos, high-time, air raid, round trip, air hike, Ifrit, Sparda sword, alastar, Ebony&ivory for the cool high-time juggles and of course that devil trigger with awesome abilities(In DMC2, he could transform into a super devil, doing massive damage to enemies and bosses when his health is red!)
I would go with Dante on this one.

I'd have to agree. I mean the pure satanic evi of Jedah vs. the half demon Dante. I think we know what that means: basically Dante is Jedah's bitch :D

LOL lol Nice one man. Yea I agree. Jedah would have probably split Trish in half and eaten her bloody soul. Now that's a badass.

So why do you all think Dante would win? I'm just trying to understand the resoning. Of course he's a cool demon slayer, but think about it: Jedah is not just any kind of evil, he's a vampire who's been resurected from the dead who was the lord of the darkrealm. Now yea Dante has bullets and cool moves, but this isn't just any little demon, it's a vampire.

Plus on the cool looks side, Dante might look cool, but it's not too creative. I mean he has white hair and a long blood red jacket, but it's not too creative. While Jedah on the other hand looks totally unique as a character.

I mean who else would scratch out their own eyes, and laugh hysterically at the sight of their own blood--because they WON a match! Now if he's willing to do that, I doubt a couple of bullets and a sword are gonna scare him.

Just something to think about. :D

This is the most ridiculous topic I have ever seen on these boards. Jedah vs. Dante, what kind of fight is that? Couldn't you come up with a better fight? Of course, Jedah would whip Dante's ass like there was no tomorrow. Jedah is the type of person, I mean, vampire that loves pain. Dante's guns and his sword will only give Jedah pleasure and bring Dante one step closer to death.

If anyone has seen the Nightwarriors anime and seen how powerful Demetri is, imagine how powerful Jedah is since he is stronger than him.

I find Jedah's design to be very boring, nothing about him jumps out and say's "i'm as cool as everyone says I am." Never had a prob beating the shit out of him and the last few times I've pladed the Darkstalker games it was a perfect both rounds. If you've played DMC 2 it looks like now the closer to Death Dante gets the more powerful he gets. Am i the only one who thinks Jedah was inspired by a roach?

Dante does have more then a Gun and Sword going for him, and while Jedah's off laughing like a jackass cause he's bleeding all over the place a powered up Dante sends him and that damn QB to the far reaches of screwed up characters that never should have been programmed

And lets not forget that as Dante walks away with the victory Hotsuma drops from the rafters and with one quick slash with Akujiki he ends Dante's life. He then pulls down his red scarf and yells, "SEGA!!!"

Heh, ya'll just don't know do ya. Full Demon vs Half demon, think about it. Realistically there is no way in hell(no pun intended) that Dante could beat Jedah. Now whether so and so is cooler than so and so is an opinion so its up to ya'll but it just wouldn't be possible for Dante to fuck with Jedah.

Ummm are you getting Jedah mixed up with Demitri? Demitri is the vampire not Jedah.

Does anyone recall from the first DMC that Dante is a Devil and cannot be killed so it seems. Recall that Trish (crazy woman) uses her powers in the opening of the game to ram a sword right through Dante, which nails him to the floor. She then hurls a motorcycle at him, and without even breaking a sweat says (with sword still in him) "let's go to work boys", whips out Ebony & Ivory and blows the shit out of the motorcycle. Then Trishes shit gets weak when Dantes finished ripping the sword out of himself, with no screams of agony, or pain whatsoever. Also, recall his first meeting with his new sword, Allister, which once again is drove through him pinning him to the floor, then he lifts himself up off the sword, letting the blade and butt of the sword go through him.

I don't know about you guys but if I got a sword jammed through me I would be dead instantly and if Jedah is a Vampire a sword of that size jammed through him would probably hit his heart and he would be killed.
