As much I like Kim Kawphan (especially in RBS.... "WAAZZZUP!") I gotta give this award to the originator.... Kim Dragon.
The Dragon Kick, the Fists of Fury, the lunging kicks, the speed, the Bruce Lee-like demeanor.... he totally kicks ass.

Fei Long is a poor man's Dragon...
