For me it would probably be Mr. DO, and any of the Street Fighter Alpha series. I have never even SEEN a Street Fighter Alpha machine in Alaska. I am finally getting a chance to play Mr. DO, though, I just got a new copy of it for the SNES in the mail yesterday, woohoo!

If you want to peruse my related thread, "What Is The Most Widely Played Neo Game That You Have Never Played?" you can find that thread here: http://www.neo-geo.com/cgi-local/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=8&t=001683

I've NEVER gotten to play Time Killers! Never! I think it was called Time Killers... The one where you were supposed to be able to lop off an arm and still fight...

I never got to play BloodStorm.....all the controversy over Johnny Cage promoting it...the like 25 page strategy guide in EGM back in the day....and I never saw it come to light. Actually I didn't think Time Killers was ALL that bad. I kinda got a kick out of it. I found a cheap trick with all of the characters. The only thing that was hard was when you fought death...you could only win by lopping off his head.

Bloodstorm? Did I just completely miss that one? I have no idea what that game is. Any place I could find information about it?

Probably DDR. I have never got a chance to play it, though I have seen it once, I didn't have time to give it a try.

If you're talking about games we never got to play in the arcade (as opposed to the home translations) I'd say CvS. I've never even seen an arcade unit for this game. Same with KoF2000 and Night Warriors.

If you're talking played the game ONCE in the arcade and only because you made a special trip of an hour and a half then I've got:

KoF95
KoF97
KoF98
KoF99
SFZ3
SF3: DI
MoTW

In case you didn't notice, arcades in my area suck.

kyo: Bloodstorm is a sequal/follow up game to Time Killers with new characters and a better system. Say what you want about Time Killers, but Bloodstorm ROCKED! In addition to the dismemberment, etc. each character had a Gauntlet that gave them certain special moves and abilities, each time you won you got a nother Gauntlet that you could select during the next fight (like the Gems in Marvel Super Heroes only cooler cause these let you do special moves of the other characters). On top of this you could make a password and SAVE what Gauntlets you had after each game! The coolest thing though was that you had to fight these eight hidden characters to get to the last boss (Nekron) and finish the game. The eight hidden characters were like evil versions of the regular cast but they had COMPLETELY different sprites and all looked fricking awesome! The best thing was that to reach a lot of the characters and secrets you had to do very non-fighting-game-like stuff. Like there's this one background with spikes on the cieling, and to get the secret you have to jump kick this one large spike near the center over and over again til it falls down into the bit below you, then you can fall down on top of the spike and walk across the top of it into a room! O_O;

Um...do you mean just the arcade versions themselves? I have never seen any arcade Street Fighter Alphas, or any KoF past '94, or any other major Neo games past Samurai Shodown IV. My arcade is a major bandwagon-jumper.

Yes, I mean the arcade versions themselves. I have never played Mr. DO in any format before today. I own and have played the Street Fighter Alpha/Zero games on various consoles, but have never seen them in arcade form.

I've never played a tekken game, a SF alpha game, Killer Instinct 2, MK IV, or any of the new wave of fighting games. They don't interest me.

It's got to be the first Raiden.

My first play of it was on the Genesis version.

Four years after that, when the PS launched with arcade perfect versions of Raiden & its sequel on the same disc- I realized I was missing a whole hell of a lot. The Genesis version of Raiden was graphically cut down quite a bit and the game play felt a tad inferior to the PS version.

However, I did get to play plenty of Raiden II at Putt-Putt before the PS even came out.
