Man I hate it when friends do that, I mean I had 3 friends over and they wouldn't leave after I gave them hints because im REALLY tired, so I just said, come on please leave im dead tired, they still wouldn't, they started playing around like taking my mouse, wallet, ect. After that they left, sheesh...

I haven't had the problem when they would leave... just things got broke around the house. they would play pool.... and well.... hit the ball too hard, the ball would fly up and take out a HUGE light bulb in the lamp above the pool table. That was a fun clean up with the shop vac. trust me, someone got knocked for that.

Also, my mom had a nice manger set that was my grandparents (her parents) and well... one of them was beheaded by a nerf football...... yes.. a nerf football.

To get them to leave, all you do is start wrestling. Just start picking them up and body slamming them on the couches. They start to hate that after awhile.

Hey, that's how those San Fran people are! wink
Just kidding.

I know what you mean, I hate "friends" who don't know when the fuck you wanna be alone. I hate friends who make you feel like you've got a ton of bricks on your shoulder. To me, that's no longer my definition of a true friend. I used to have friends like that in High School, but now in college I'm going with friends who respect you for who you are and don't make you feel all that unnecessary DRAMA CRAP.

You can tell the measure of a friendship by this.

When they leave, do you feel upbeat and happy? Then it's a strong one.

Or do you feel tired and thankful? Then it's gone rotten.

Why put yourself through the latter? Go with the former -- even if that means finding new friends.

I like the Far Side panel which includes the following:

A man and wife are laying across the floor with their tongues hanging out and it shows a man putting on his hat and a woman following behind him leaving out the door. The caption reads:

"The Johnsons feign death, and the Hendersons, sensing ackwardness, are compelled to leave"

:D
