Is he hard up to get laid or something Steve? If so get him out of his house/apartment, or whatever and get him to accept that there are many a hot babe outside of the Internet. I know it's odd talking to chicks if that's his problem, (I had the same problem once) but once he gets into that mantra of:
"So what if she says no, there's going to be one cutie that will say yes... and it's time to go and WIN ONE FOR THE ZIPPER!" ---if you get the joke.
Now if the dude's got a GF/Wife or whatever and he's still like that, then he's suffering from Voyuerism Detachment Disorder (VDD) which is generally where a person becomes SO BORED with life and those around him that he/she will look at anything and everything in the lame hope they'll find a sense of satisfaction (I know cause I still wrestle with bouts of this with my own Porn addiction, but my GF understands and my church group is chiping away pieces of many afflictions I have.) that he/she will never find. Thus either way you've got to find a way to help your friend Steve. It's evident they cannot help themselves if it's that far gone. I wish I had more of an answer, but sitting by passively is not an option.
