IGN was not the only site to report it.
I know, hating IGN is trendy around here, gotta fit in.
Have fun at gamespot, with its required flash movies, and news headlines that lead to shopping carts to try and get you to buy gamecube stuff.

Dude, WTF is up with your dogged persistence everytime I bag IGN. FYI, I've hated IGN looooooong before they became a pay site. That site's been in the toilet for eons. Their only saving grace is Anthony Chau, and that other writer who used to cover arcade stuff and imports (Anoop?). So get the fuck off me for "trying to fit in", if I gave a shit about that I'd be jerkin' off about Slug 4 comin' out like everyone else. Bottom line for me is that most new games aren't worth a damn, and I for damn sure aren't going to pay just for some high-res downloadable videos of games 95% of which I won't give a shit about. Enjoy your Pay-Per-Troll, bitch!

I know Anthony Chau (via internet), and he doesn't work at IGN anymore.
AFAIK, these last two discussions of Link are the first time I ever "dogged" you. I mean no disrespect.

It's cool. Honestly though, is there any other "news" that demands a monthly fee? I mean, at ESPN, there's some kind of elite subscriber deal that lets you access some special columns, most of which aren't worth a shit. I dunno, I just don't find ANY web subscriptions to be worth much. At least if I subscribe to a magazine, that's something concrete I can always refer to or sell. The actual "news" on games will ALWAYS be free. BBS's like this are living proof.
Nothin' personal man.

On the same note, ESPN has their magazine, and TV advertising to fall back on.
