VGA = Video Graphics Adapter, that blue plug where your monitor connects to the video card on your computer, the Dreamcast can output it too. It's the best quality picture you can get, period.
The Naomi is an arcade motherboard, its hardware is closely related to the DC so bringing arcades games home is somewhat easy, though the naomi is a little more powerful than the DC.
