OK, If my high beams work, and my signals work in my car, but my regular beams and my windsheild wiper switch doesn't work, then WTF do I need to do? Is it a fuse or something or what?

dude, this is a neo forum!! If your high beams work and your lows do not, the bulb is faulty or a fuse is blown depending on the type of bulb used.

Interesting problem and a strange place to look for an answer. One possibility is that there is a problem with the headlight/wiper switch stalk if your car has one of these on the steering column. The combination switches do fail, or a relay for the switch could have let go. The other less likely is that the car shares a fuse for the low beam and windshield wipers (unlikely, most vehicles have high and low beam on the same circuit) and check under the dash and hood for this. The last is that you are extremely unlucky and the two problems are unrelated and a bad coincidence. Take a Digital Multimeter and you can see if you are getting voltage at the switch and at the lights. Check for a bad ground as well. If you are not good mechanically, leave it alone and call your mechanic. Good luck!
