Lets just say, that although the graphic upgrade is SLIGHT...its fucking worth it. No more headaches for me from the BLURRIEST textures ever! I can't wait to see the fight with "shadow link"

The previews are also fucking amazing; first time I've gotten to see F-Zero on gamecube FULLSCREEN. The game looks really gorgeous. Wario World looks like it could be fun too....


If you guys get the chance, pick it up

I'll go to my local CompUSA and pick up a few...they'll make great collector's items a few months down the road. Lots of $$$$ to be made on eBAY!! :D

I went to my Compusa and they didn't have them. So I bought Guilty Gear XX instead. I don't own a PS2 though. Gonna bum around at my cousin's for a bit.

in that case, so should I, since I preordered mine long ago. But when I called and checked with them, they said their system showed a ship date this weeek, but then had an update saying ships on the 16th.

confused...

They told me the same thing until I noticed a Temp auth. charge on my visa card. When I called them, they were told not to release the Bonus disc until the 16th. of Feb. But this morning I got a confirmation email stating my order had shipped via 3 day ups and mine will be in on Tuesday of next week. Can't wait. I called as well and was told that Nintendo at the last minute told all retailers to release the bonus now.

I actually am getting it through my local Gamestop. Apparantly I have to put $10 more towards Zelda (big whoop) when it comes in, but I'll be picking up my copy on the 17th or the 18th.

Seeing as my GF is a Zelda freak and hasn't played this game yet (and I haven't seen the master quest) it should provide quite a fun romp for a week or two! :D

Unfortuneately I'm almost afraid I'm gonna like the Bonus disc more than the new Zelda. Hell even my GF thinks the new look is horrible for Zelda. Still though I've been looking at some movies of the game in action and appears to have some nice points to it that I'm actually looking forward to playing the damn thing. Still every time I see that movie where little kid Link wakes up and yawns like that, the cuteness sends shivers down my spine.

Just hopefully he'll get to kill something later on in the game...

The movies of the Wind Waker on the demo disc are pretty nice. Maybe it'll change your opinion a little! it still is cute...but man, I still got the chills when i heard the theme. Something about the series is magical. I dont think its own creator is going to let the magic die :)

There's Ocarina of time, and Ocarina of Time: Masters Quest. Its the Japanse version of the game for the 64DD. Dungeons are re-arranged, but no big deal or difference.

Then there are a bunch of cool Nintendo promo videos...the ONLY REALLY interesting one being F-Zero. Maybe Wario World...cause its a beat-em up by Treasure.

The graphics aren't too improved...just a tad bit crisper...but it actually is a LOT EASIER on your eyes.

I just pre ordered another zelda to get mine at GS. But that cool I can sell the extra zelda game on ebay right way and make at least the same I spent on it.
And I picked up that Xbox game that was recalled.

Master Quest has a FEW differences. Some Scenes are different...but nothing earth shattering. Just goofy. And the dungeons aren't bigger or better looking, they're completely changed around.

Yeah I did, but I was all pumped up to play now.

I was actually looking forward to this more than the new Zelda itself.

Patience is a virtue, I suppose.

I'd say the frame rate is a LOT nicer, actually.
Like in the begining, when Navi is flying around looking for links hut? It looks really smooth. That's about all I played up to [and into the Deku tree] so far...so thats all i can reference :)

So far, no load times, but the game stutters .00001 seconds in transition from pause screen to gamplay. But now im just being anal for no good reason :)
