Uninstall both your old version and refupdate first.

Then after installing use the built-in update feature to get the latest reference file (even though it just came out there's already a newer ref file)

Found 50+ items more since the old version.

If you don't know about the program it is a scanner that removes spyware/ad cookies/stuff bordering on virii

Ive been using SpyBot search and destroy as well , both are fine programs.
