Not only Ukyo, but it's gotta be Galford also.

But this is no joke, I remember 10 years ago when SS1 first came out, if it wasn't for the fact that girls are so attracted to Ukyo Tachibana, I wouldn't have had a good Ukyo at all. This Azn girl (she had a accent, and old enough to be at least my older sister) picked Ukyo, and lit me up, I think it was a 10 win streak or something, and eventually I asked her if she could show me how to use Ukyo. She did! <img src="http://www.neo-geo.com/ubb/icons/icon29.gif" alt=" - " /> I used to have problems getting the Swallow Slice, but she showed me how to get consistently.
