Gameboy Player US Release? black only?

I checked ebgames, gamestop, ect and it looks like the US release gameboy player will only come in black. Can anybody confirm this? frown

What the hell kind of fucked up logic is Nintendo choosing the colors of their products on? First, they don't release a black SP, then they decide to release only black for the GB Player.

Well at least I can buy that to match my GC. Still have to wait for the SP. :rolleyes:

Nintendo makes superb software, but they are morons in the hardware department.

Not saying that the SNES, N64 & GC are/were bad machines, but their ideas/logic is ass-backwards.

i have a black gc so it wont affect me.
but i think its a cop out by nintendo to do it
in japan and not here.
almost like the spice gc.
