this site has basically all the listings of actual haunted sites across the US and the world. they are broken down by state and country.

just reading the description of each haunted site brings a chill down my spine.

Also check out <a href="http://www.snopes.com/" target="_blank">The Urban Legends Reference Page</a> under Horrors. Some of the stories will freak you out (despite the fact that many, if not all, never happened)!
