What SHMUPS have the best music, in your mind?

A great SHMUP needs great music! What ones stand out in you mind?

The big ones in my world:

1. Winds of Thunder (PCE)
2. Einhander (PS)
3. Gate of Thunder (PCE)

The one shmup that springs to mind is Darius Gaiden.

Zuntata's trippy music really added an alien feel to the game that is a big part of its lasting appeal.

Yes, anyting Zuntata does for Taito is solid. Rock Solid. Expecially Galactic Attack (Layer Section/Ray Force).

Axelay stands out as well.

And even though some may object I feel that Radiant Silvergun continuous theme is great. "Da Dum De Dum"

In no order, here are some of my favorites:

RayForce

Darius Gaiden

Metal Black ("Dual Moon" is one hot BGM)

Gradius III & IV

Soukyugurentai (This soundtrack has what I would call a "Blade Runner" feel, especially at the name entry screen.).

Twin Cobra II (The first stage BGM comes out kicking ass. Check out the "Stage Clear" tune as well after you smack down a boss.)
