B5: How do you feel about it?

This is a pubic service announcement This post has the potential to blow up into a flame war. However, I'm not here to start a flame war. I want this be an intellgent discussion.

As everyone knows B5 is coming up in the beginning of August. It is already being hyped as the greatest clash of SF players of all time, and personally as a SF tournament it may just be that. However, as a fan of both styles of games (Capcom and SNK), I get a little iffed, by people who say this will be the greatest tournament of ALL time, because of the exclusion of certain games. Now I know this is sponsered by a Street Fighter Site, and I'm not here to cause trouble. I want some well thought out opinions.

Now here are the questions.

1) How do you feel about the SNK exclusion?

2) How do you feel about Thrid Strike not being a Tourney game?

3) How do you feel about the American apathy towars of most of the great efforts (Vampire, Rival Schools, most SNK games, etc.) ouside of the SF and Vs. Circle?

Please, no flames. Thank you for your opinion.

1. Any tournament where SNK is not included is a travesty.

2. Third Strike is a great game, however I don't really care wether on not its in a tourney.

3. American Gamers on the whole show little respect for anything that differs form the norm of football etc. They don't konw what they are missing. This however leaves more time and money for me to spend on (Vampire, Rival Schools, most SNK games, etc that the general public has missed. I'm just getting hyped up about the parries on 3rd Strike,hold on,B5 doesn't have 3rd Strike.

Coming from both sides of the war, I am sick to my stomach of street fighter, how many mindless drones that spawn the billion sequals do we need.
If you knew this was going to be a flame war you should have posted it in MY beloved warroom.

and i aggree i hate capcom ill set up a capcom vs snk in my warroom for ya.
Anyone who says roboarmy or burning fight is better than final fight will have there chance here.
Anybody who thinks street fighter 2 series of games is better than fatal fury or KOF series is welcome here.Happy flaming.

And yes, it does suck that SNK is being excluded.

IMO it takes more skill to play a modern SNK game thatn it does to play a modern Capcom game.

Let them have their tourney's with their repetitive and boring combos and whiney players.

I have played with Capcom people all my life and switching over to play with SNK players has been a better experience.

I would like to hear about other Vampire players out there. Seems I'm the only one who even mentions anything about it on the boards most of the time. I'm sick of all the SF and Vs games tournaments.

I just recently started to play Vampire Savior on Saturn. I ahve one question; is the new DC colection disc any good. IF I already have Vampire Savior on Saturn, is another purchase necesary?

I heard that it identical to Vampire Savior, except you can choose to have it play more like an earlier game.
